An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier (e.g. name, identification number, location data, network identifier, or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person).
The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
The controller processes personal data:

The processed personal data includes:

- copies of identity documents (e.g. passport, ID card) if necessary to provide the service – these are not considered special categories of personal data, unless they contain sensitive information,
- other data provided by the client depending on the context of the service.

The controller does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling. Language corrections or formatting of documents (e.g. CVs) may involve the use of AI tools, but always in anonymised form, without identifiable personal data.
Processing of special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR (e.g. health, biometrics) does not occur unless we have your explicit consent or another legal ground.
IV. Retention Period
The controller retains personal data:
- for the duration of the contractual relationship,
- for 10 years after termination of the contract (e.g. for tax, accounting, or legal compliance),
- or for the time necessary to fulfil legal obligations,
- and in the case of data no longer required (e.g. ID document copies), no longer than 90 days after the end of service, unless another legal reason applies.
